How does the Maëline coat fit?
It has a standard cut: choose your usual size, from XS to 3XL. It is a short coat that sits at the hip, with a drawstring waist.
The bust, waist and hip measurements for each size are in the Size guide, next to the size selector.
If you are between two sizes, or want to wear it over a chunky jumper, choose the larger one. Still unsure? Our customer service team will help you find your size.
How warm is it?
It is fully padded, with a soft lining inside, a high collar and a hood, and its outer fabric keeps the wind out.
It is a coat for everyday cold: work, the city and winter walks. With a jumper underneath it copes well with chillier days.
How do I care for the coat?
Always follow the care label on the garment. As a general rule for a padded coat with faux fur:
- Washing: gentle cycle, cold, with the zip closed.
- Drying: air dry on a hanger.
Can I return my order?
Yes, we accept returns, with a few conditions to guarantee the quality of our garments for every customer.
Return period: you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
Condition: the garment must be unworn, free of stains, perfume and make-up, and with all its tags attached. Worn or damaged items are not accepted.
Refunds: once the garment has been inspected, your refund is processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges: if you need another size, you can return your coat and place a new order in the right size.
