We strive to present our products as accurately as possible.
However, slight variations in color, description, or sizing may occur due to screen settings or production batch differences. These variations do not constitute defects.
All prices are stated in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes.
Payment is required at the time of purchase, and orders are only processed once payment has been successfully confirmed.
Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only.
They may vary due to external factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, customs inspections, or peak demand periods.

If a defect occurs that is not caused by misuse, you are entitled to either a replacement or a full refund.
To make a warranty claim, please contact us at hola@luzdedama.com, including your order number and photos of the product. We will process the claim free of charge within the European territory.
Our liability is strictly limited to the total amount of the order.
