Free shipping within Europe — no additional delivery fees are charged.

4. Shipping and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to become active.

5. Orders in Transit

No refunds are issued while an order is still in transit and marked as on its way.

6. Address Verification

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct before completing your order.

Luz de Dama is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

7. Lost Parcels
